After receiving the order, you have 30 days to return it by following our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• The product key or license was not activated.
• The wrong product was delivered due to an error on our part.
• There was a technical issue preventing product activation, and our support team was unable to resolve it.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

• The software has been downloaded and activated successfully.
• The wrong product was purchased due to customer error.
• The request is based on a change of mind or personal preference.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Contact Us: Send an email to support@softwareskey.com with your order details.
• Provide Proof: Include proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
• Processing Time: Refund requests are reviewed within 1 to 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 24 Hours.

4. Exchanges

• If you received the wrong product, we will exchange it for the correct one at no additional cost.
• Exchanges must be requested within 8 Hours Maximum.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe:

• Check your bank account.
• Contact your payment provider, as it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
